What is a security deposit?

We know how much you love our outfits - and we want you to treat as if they were your own when you rent them! That is why we require a small security deposit from you at the time of availing the rental.

At GlamouRental, we understand that routine wear and tear of any outfit is not only natural, but unavoidable. However, if we find significant damage to the outfit which is not repairable by our dry cleaning process, then we will have to charge you to restore it and this usually comes from the security deposit! Of course, what we charge you will depend on the nature of the damage, which if major, and something a little effort from us can't fix, then as per our policies, the customer is entitled to pay the full value of dress.

What if the outfit I choose doesn’t fit me?
